How do I set up an appointment?
All appointments are set up online (operated by Acuity: Scheduling), and can be added to your calendar once you confirm an appointment date & time. I use Google Meets for our sessions. Click on the “Book Your Free Consultation” or “Sign Up” button to book your 15-minute Complimentary Consultation. For Individual Sessions follow the same steps but be sure to select “Private Online Session.”
Who is a good candidate for your individual coaching sessions?
Any individual who is experiencing a separation or life shift they are struggling to move forward from. When a life challenge overtakes your life, my coaching services can help you rediscover your sense of self and take control of your emotions in order to fully overcome the challenges you are facing. Please note that my coaching services are not therapy sessions or a replacement for therapy.

What is your clinical and coaching background?
After earning my Masters of Social Work (MSW) from Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College, I started clinical work in NYC with children, adolescents & families suffering severe trauma. I was presented with an opportunity to work at a NYC-based private practice providing clinical therapy to adults experiencing stress, anxiety and depression. I discovered my deep passion and gift for working with individuals going through life transitions (losses, breakups, social & family issues, etc.) and continued this work throughout my career as a mental health and healthcare professional. After moving states, I decided to offer my coaching services to people of all walks of life, nationally and internationally. I utilize my clinical background skills to fully personalize my coaching services to meet individual goals and needs. My goal is to help individuals thrive, heal and flourish after experiencing life transitions/hardships.

How often should I book sessions to optimize my healing process?
All sessions are client-focused and all action plans are based on the individual I am working with. An action plan will be discussed in your initial consultation and fully initiated in your first private session. To get the most out of our time together, weekly or biweekly sessions are advised. My goal is for you to leave our work together feeling fully confident approaching the next stage of your life.
What can I expect during our Individual coaching sessions?
REFLECT & RELEASE: We will take time for you to grieve and reflect on your experience. I will then guide you through releasing what no longer serves you in order to move on with strength.
RESET & RECOVER: Through resetting life expectations and goals, you will reclaim your core values and core self, which will lead you to your recovery.
REFINE & REJOICE: Now that you’ve reclaimed your core values, we will work together so you can take back full control over your inner happiness and move forward as the best version of yourself with confidence, ease and joy.
Who is a good candidate for group sessions?
Once we have had at least 2 Private Sessions, you are a good candidate for Group Sessions. Group Sessions are offered monthly. Each session is 90 minutes long, and up to 12 participants will be in each session. You will need a link to sign up so please discuss this option in our private session.

Please discuss this concern during your free 15-minute consultation and we can discuss further.
What if I want to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Once an appointment is booked, cancellation and rescheduling directions are provided immediately. Please follow the Acuity: Scheduling prompts. We will both be alerted (via email) as soon as the change is made. I ask that you provide 24+ hours, so I may plan accordingly.
