About Me

I help individuals overcome life hardships, self-regulate emotions, reset life goals and feel fully equip to move forward with confidence.

My therapeutic background provides a refreshing approach to coaching. Individuals seek my services when they are going through a major life shift they are struggling to heal and move forward. If you are separating from a long-term partner, a family member or leaving a job that no longer serves you, I am here to strategically help support and uplift you throughout this phase of your life.

Professional Background

While working in the healthcare field, I discovered my passion for supporting individuals going through life hardships (any type of loss, breakup, divorce, friend or family issue, etc.). I followed my passion to become a clinical therapist and received a Masters of Social Work from Hunter College Silberman School of Social Work. I currently work as a Clinical Therapist for New Yorkers and DC residents.

With over 6 years of clinical practice, I have strengthened my approach to offer research-based strategies to help clients heal, rebuild self-confidence and pursue inner-happiness.

My coaching approach draws from cognitive behavioral and mindfulness techniques that generate positive mindsets, higher standards and new life goals. By working together, you will gain full understanding of your hardship and create a personalized action plan to cultivate a new perspective that will help you reach your full potential in the next chapter of your life.

Personal Background

After leaving a long-term unhealthy relationship with a live-in partner, I uprooted my life, moved to a different city and traveled solo, which led me to pursue an intensive inner-healing journey. Once I re-built my core values, inner-strength, self-confidence and love for life, I knew I had to help support others going through similar life shifts.

I spend my free time with friends & family, traveling to new places and hiking with my dog. I constantly seek new adventures and to live life to the fullest.
